Agent selection is based on the following criteria:

1. Location - Do a lot of Filipinos visit your store or your area?  Are there other Filipino stores in the vicinity?  Do you have an attractive store front?

2. Dedicated staff - Do you have sufficient manpower to handle the potential surge of remittance customers?

3. Business knowhow - Do you have experience in the remittance business?  Do you have working knowledge of computers and operating systems?

4. Financial Health - Do you have good credit standing?

5. Image and reputation - Do you have a good record of customer service?
